Buying stolen properties, pimpin hoes, building crack houses and projects, paying protection money and getting car jacked are some of the elements of this controversial game.
Not dope enough?...If you don't have the money that you owe to the loan shark you might just land yourself in da Emergency Room.
Ghettopoly is a Monopoly parody that mixes Monopoly-like mechanics with the outrageous stereotypes of Gangsta Rap. The four railroad properties are replaced by liquor stores. Other properties include Ling Ling’s Massage Parlour, Smitty’s XXX Peep Show and Tyron’s Gun Shop.
The Community Chest and Chance squares become Ghetto Stash and Hustle squares. "You are a little short on loot, so you decided to stick up a bank. Collect $75," the card says. "You got your whole neighborhood addicted to crack. Collect $50 from each playa," says another.
Taxation squares are replaced by police shakedown and carjacking squares.
Instead of building houses and hotels, property owners can build crack houses and projects.
Ghettopoly is not very PC but it sure is a lot of fun.
